Are your coasters reusable?
Our coasters are durable, water-resistant, and ideal for indoor and outdoor use. They are also heat-resistant and flexible, providing excellent protection for delicate surfaces.
Can I order custom-designed coasters for my special event?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of customisation options for coasters, allowing you to add personalised messages, names, dates, images for weddings, parties, corporate events and more. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific requirements.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
The lead time for custom coaster orders can vary depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. At Club Coaster, we want you happy - 1st time. In general, it can take upto 4 weeks from the time you place your order to the delivery date. For time-sensitive orders, please inform our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How do I submit my custom design or logo?
To submit your custom design or logo either:

use the 'DESIGN YOUR OWN' tab above and follow the prompts.

use this email address contact@clubcoaster.com.au - send your files in high-res format (.ai, .eps, or .svg).
Our design team will then review your artwork and get back to you with any clarifications or proofs before proceeding with production.
What are the available shapes and sizes of your coasters?
We specialise in 10cm x 10cm circular coasters with an innovative raised edge to capture moisture inside. However, we do have some irregular shapes in stock and ready to ship (check out the shop page). We can also source any irregular shape and size, so please contact@clubcoaster.com.au to discuss your requirements.
Can i order less than 500 coasters?
Looking for a smaller quantity of coasters? At Club Coaster, we understand that not everyone needs to buy in bulk. While our competitors may require a minimum order of 500, we're happy to offer you a great price on just 10 coasters!
Do you offer deals for large orders?
Yes, we do! If you are interested in purchasing coasters in bulk, we offer pricing discounts. Please reach out to our sales team with your quantity requirements, and they will provide you with a competitive quote.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
We strive to provide top-notch products, but if you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We'll be happy to assist you with returns or replacements for defective or damaged items.
